Welcome to Bloom Lab.
Where Creativity Meets the Soil and Business Logic. Bloom Lab is a youth-powered program designed for 6th–12th graders to cultivate creativity, confidence, and community leadership. Through hands-on learning in Arts, Agriculture, and Entrepreneurship, students don’t just learn, they build.
Arts:

Find your voice and leave your mark through visual and digital storytelling.
What you’ll do: Paint community murals, design product packaging, and create wearable art.
The Goal: Develop a professional portfolio and showcase original work at exhibitions
Agriculture:
Grow it.
Harvest it.
Share it.
Get your hands in the earth and learn what it takes to feed a community.
What you’ll do: Build raised beds, master composting, and explore food justice.
The Goal: Harvest fresh produce and herbs to stock the Bloom Lab Market.
Innovation:
Dream it.
Plan it.
Sell it.
Turn your passions into a brand and learn the mechanics of a successful business.
What you’ll do: Learn branding, budgeting, and how to pitch your ideas to the world.
The Goal: Run the Bloom Lab Market, practicing real-world retail and customer service.

Arts Instructor Inspire the next generation of creators by leading hands-on workshops in visual arts, mural painting, digital design, and more.
Program Coordinator (2 Positions Available) Provide essential support to our students and instructors, ensuring a safe, organized, and high-energy environment for every session.
Entrepreneurship Manager We’re looking for a leader who can bridge the gap between creative passion and real-world business skills to help our youth develop leadership and professional retail experience.
Agriculture Manager - As the Urban Agriculture Manager, you will be the lead the urban agriculture pillar of Bloom Lab. You will transform our outdoor space into a thriving learning lab, teaching students the science and art of sustainable food systems. Your role is to mentor youth as they build raised beds, master composting, and explore food justice.
